Here's a quick intro to what you can expect to hear from your host Gregory Anne. If you are a woman over 50 who thinks this whole getting old thing is a bitch and wants to know the keys to longevity and enjoying it along the way, then this podcast is for you.

I believe that standing up for your health and aging your way is an act of rebellion. But it's not always easy to find, let alone demand, alternatives to prescription drugs, invasive treatments, or recommendations by those in the know about diet and exercise.

There is no one way to be healthy and age well!

This short episode will give you the foundation of my philosophy and why I believe it's got the goods you need to age better and never settle for "This is what happens at your age!"
