Too many women (and men) are dying prematurely or barely living due to symptoms of preventable lifestyle diseases and the medications given to treat them.

That's not a judgement. It's my why.

You might be shocked at the stats about women and heart disease and how women experience (suffer) with diabetes significantly more than men--but are treated the same.

80% of the diseases and symptoms of aging that make us feel and look old can be prevented, reversed or lessened by learning and incorporating new habits.
